LASU intra-university transfer form – The Directorate of ICT, Lagos State University (LASU) has moved on to activate the Intra-University Transfer processes online. Students will be able to fill the application form through the new site, and departments will be able to review application forms before submitting them to the Chairman of the Intra-University Committee, who will then present the applications to the Senate for approval.


The intra-university transfer request form is currently up on the portal, and it is taking submissions from students who want to use it. All related services have been activated.

The Senate Committee on Intra-University transfer has approved the Time-Table for students’ applications for Intra-University Transfer for 2021/2022 Academic Session in accordance with the subsisting approval of Senate on the policy, procedure and guidelines for Intra-University Transfer as contained in the table below:

1. Students’ application for Intra-University Transfer: Monday, 20th June, 2022 – Sunday, 26th June, 2022

2. Consideration of applications by the releasing Departments and Faculties: 1 week Monday, 27th June, 2022 – Friday, 1st July, 2022

3. Consideration of applications by the receiving Departments and Faculties: 1 week Monday, 4th July, 2022 – Friday, 8th July, 2022

4. Consideration of students’ application and recommendations by the Committee: 3 Days Tuesday, 12th July, 2022 – Friday, 15th July, 2022

Note, from the approved policy, procedure & guidelines for Intra-University transfer:

Any student requesting for Intra-University Transfer must apply during the stipulated time for application;

Application for such request would be online;

All applications for Intra-University Transfer should be made within one [1] week after Senate must have approved results for the previous session. Therefore, all students requesting for Intra-University Transfer must apply at the same time across College, Faculties, and Schools;

All the processes for Intra-University Transfer must be concluded at least, by the first week of resumption of New Academic Session.




How to Apply for LASU Intra-University Transfer Form

The steps to use the portal is as follows:

  1. Visit the LASU epayment portal at to make payment for Intra-University Transfer by doing the following:
    1. Select the NAIRA button
    2. Click on the MISCELLANEOUS main button.
    3. Select Intra-University Transfer from the drop-down list.
    4. Follow the step-by-step instructions to pay.
  2. Then, visit to login with your matric number.
  3. Fill in the required details and upload your WAEC / NECO / NABTEB result, also upload your signature too.
  4. Submit your application.
  5. Continually check your email for update on your application.
